Recently I was chatting with a photographer friend of mine, Kevin, and we spent a while talking about optimizing the process of working with a large amount of files in Lightroom. Lightroom workflow varies by photographer; I’ll share mine here.
My workflow is optimized around speed. Depending on the type and the size of the event, my second-shooter and I shoot between 500 and 3,000 photos per event on 4 cameras (a Canon 5D Mark III, a 5D Mark II, a 7D, and a 60D).
